Our team consists of six highly qualified surgeons, specializing in pathologies of the lower limb, spine and upper limb. Our surgeons
Doctor Thomas STEVIGNON is an orthopedic surgeon, former resident, chief resident and fellow at the Clinique Ambroise Paré in Neuilly, and also practices at the Clinique Jouvenet. He has been practicing orthopedic surgery since 2013 , specializing in the treatment of hip and knee disorders. He has undergone extensive training in the leading Parisian orthopedic departments, treating patients suffering from a wide range of pathologies including hip osteoarthritis, knee osteoarthritis, anterior cruciate ligament ruptures, meniscal lesions, patella dislocations, etc. He uses innovative, minimally invasive techniques that enable rapid recovery. He works closely with a large number of trusted practitioners to provide comprehensive, multidisciplinary care.
Dr. Jean Michel GUINCESTRE, who also works at the American Hospital in Neuilly-sur-Seine, has been practicing orthopedic surgery since 1994. Thanks to his extensive experience, he specializes in the treatment of lower limb disorders, treating pathologies such as hip osteoarthritis, knee osteoarthritis, knee ligament ruptures, meniscal lesions, patella dislocations and foot and ankle pathologies.
Orthopedic surgeon Dr Brice EDOUARD is an expert in spinal surgery and minimally invasive lumbar surgery under local anesthesia. This method is the least traumatic for muscles, vertebrae and the intact portion of the disc.
Dr Antoine KOURILSKY is a neurosurgeon specializing in endoscopic and minimally invasive spine surgery.
He is a former resident and chief resident.
In addition to his work at the Hôpital Privé Geoffroy Saint Hilaire and the Polyclinique Saint Côme, he performs part of his duties at the Hôpital Fondation Adolphe de Rothschild, where he has developed, among other things, an Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) program aimed at reducing the impact of back surgery on patients’ autonomy.
Dr. Antoine Kourilsky has undergone further training in France (microsurgery, radiosurgery, robotic and computer-assisted surgery), Europe (Sweden) and the United States (Harvard, Yale, Columbia and Mount Sinai Universities).
He treats all surgical pathologies of the adult spine, with the exception of scoliosis correction surgery.
Dr. Arthur ANDRÉ is a neurosurgeon, former resident, chief resident, and former fellow of University College London. He has been practicing spinal surgery for 10 years, specializing in minimally invasive techniques. He carries on Dr. Brice Edouard’s technique combining microsurgery, spinal anesthesia and early recovery, to improve patient management.
Attached practitioner at the Hôpital de la Salpêtrière, he is the author of numerous publications and collaborates with several laboratories and startups in artificial intelligence and robotics applied to surgery, including the clinical research group NeurOn at Sorbonne University, Cortexx Medical Intelligence and Robeauté. He teaches at Sorbonne University and the French National Conservatory of Arts and Crafts (CNAM).
